For Immediate Release: July 18, 2002 Airpax Corporation Selects Automated Railroad Maintenance Systems as Franchised Distributor for Rail Market Airpax Corporation, LLC and Automated Railroad Maintenance Systems, Inc. (ARMS) today announced their agreement for ARMS to act as a franchised distributor for Airpax products to the North American railway industry. ARMS, through its selling agency Transportation Products Sales Company (TPSC) will distribute Airpax power protection products and thermal sensing products. As the distributor for the railway market, ARMS’ sales and promotional efforts will be targeted at transit authorities, passenger rail providers, OEM contract manufacturers, Class I, regional and short line railroad companies located throughout North America. ARMS has its headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. They are a principal distributor of power supplies, electronics and LED lighting to the rail industry in North America. ARMS was selected for their first-hand experience with Airpax breakers on previous projects, compatible product lines, broad coverage of the North America market and extensive experience in the railway industry.
