has an established Quality System, which parallels the ISO9001 system
allowing us to closely monitor our performance. We consistently review
our internal operating methodologies, our manufacture distribution
performance and feedback from our valued customers. We strive for
continual improvement to create a stronger partnership with our
customers and manufactures to achieve the maximum performance levels to
ensure mutual success of everyone.
The
Quality Assurance Committee has the following functions and
responsibilities:

Develop,
implement, and enforce quality procedures and programs to assure
conformance of products and processes to specifications.

Perform
periodic random internal audits to measure compliance with
established policies.

Initiate
Corrective Action Reports (CARs) to rectify non-compliance of
products or procedures and to prevent future nonconformance.

Recommend
training for company, departments, and employees.
-
Hold
monthly quality review meetings to address current quality issues.
-
Assess
the effectiveness of the quality program annually. Establish new
objectives for the following year. The Quality Report is submitted
to the Executive Committee.
